Pure Energy Ltd Announces Rescheduled 8th Annual General Meeting Amid Improved National Situation

Pure Energy Ltd, a leading company in the energy sector, had initially scheduled its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 10:00 AM on 24th Bhadra 2082 at Anand Bhumi Events, Baneshwor. However, due to prevailing conditions in the country, the company had published a notice on 23rd Bhadra 2082 postponing the meeting to ensure the safety and security of its shareholders.
With the situation in the country gradually returning to normal and becoming safer, Pure Energy Ltd has now confirmed that the 8th AGM will be held as per the original agenda. The rescheduled meeting will take place on 7th Ashwin 2082 at Ananda Bhumi Events, Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM.
