Prudential Insurance convenes its 19th AGM; endorses proposal of 8.42% dividend with election of 2 new BoDs

Prudential Insurance has convened its 19th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Vishal Agrawal on Asad 6, 2078.
The AGM has endorsed 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend for taxation purposes from the profit of the previous fiscal year. After the capitalization of the proposed bonus shares, its paid-up capital will scale up to Rs 1.10 arba.
The AGM has also elected Mr. Sailesh Sanghai and Ms. Anita Rayamajhi Tandon as BoDs of the company from the promoter shareholder group, as per the media statement.
