Prudential Insurance Company announces AGM for FY 74/75 on Bhadra 1, 2076; no dividend announced for the shareholders

The 193^rd BOD meeting of Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) has decided that the 17^th AGM of the company will be held on 1^st Bhadra, 2076 (18^th August, 2019) at Diyalo Lords Plaza, Adarshnagar, Birgunj from 3 PM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 75/76. The agenda also includes appointment of one director from Category ‘B’ shareholders by the Board of Directors and appointment of independent director.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from 20^th Shrawan, 2076 till the date of the AGM. Investors holding shares of the company till 19^th Shrawan, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM of the company.
