Prudential Ins.13th AGM on Ashwin 8; No dividend from the profit of FY 70/71

Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) is holding its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 8, 2072. The AGM will be held at Green park Hotel, Chitwan at 11:00 AM. The main agenda of the AGM is conversion of promoter – public shareholder structure to 51% promoter shares and 29% ordinary shares and to amend the article of association accordingly. The other agenda includes financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to elect 1 BOD member from the promoters group. Prudential Insurance had earned net profit of Rs 8.69 crore in fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72.
