Prudential Finance to conduct AGM on Mangsir 26; merger major agenda

Prudential Finance Company Limited (PFIL) is going to hold its 11th Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 26, 2071. The bank is not offering any dividend to its shareholders.

The bank has also announced the book closure for the same from Mangsir 10 to Mangsir 26.

Only those shareholders, who own the shares of the bank till Mangsir 9, will be allowed to register their name at the annual general meeting.

Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and approval for merger and acquisition.

Prudential Finance did not offer any dividend to its shareholders in previous year as well.
