Proton e.MAS 5 to Launch Soon in Nepal's EV Market

Nepal’s electric vehicle market is set to welcome a new premium option with the arrival of the globally award-winning Proton e.MAS 5 in Nepal offering modern technology, smart features and globally certified quality.

Developed through Proton's partnership with Geely, a global leader in EV technology, the fully electric SUV recently won the "Electric Compact Vehicle of the Year 2026" title at Malaysia's prestigious Allianz DSF Vehicle of the Year (VOTY) Awards. It is also recognized for its design, EV technology, comfort and everyday usability.

The e.MAS 5 features three smart storage compartments a 70-litre front storage, a 28-litre under-seat storage, and a 20-litre storage under the center console designed to help drivers organize essentials efficiently.

According to Jagdamba Motors, the local distributor, the vehicle combines Geely's advanced EV technology with Proton's engineering reliability, offering Nepali customers innovative technology, practicality, safety and strong value for money.
