Promoting Financial Literacy Across Nepal: Excel Development Bank's Initiatives During Global Money Week

Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) organized a financial literacy program during Global Money Week 2024. The bank also conducted similar programs across local educational institutions as part of the initiative.

The aim was to enhance financial awareness among students, teachers, and the general public, covering topics like financial education, saving habits, digital banking, and prudent investment.

All 45 branch offices of Excel Development Bank conducted similar programs in their respective areas, providing participants with stationery items and snacks as tokens.

This initiative aligns with the annual campaign to promote financial education globally, celebrated alongside all banks in Nepal.

This year, the campaign runs from Chaitra 6th to 12th, with the bank aiming to complete all scheduled programs within the week.
