Promoter Shares of TMDBL Converted; The New Shareholding Ratio is Now 51: 49

Tinau Mission Development Bank Limited (TMDBL) has converted a portion of its promoter shares. A total of 4,49,728 promoter shares are now converted to ordinary shares.
The promoter: public shareholding ratio maintained as of now was 53.34: 46.66. With this conversion, the promoter: public shareholding ratio is 51: 49. While writing this, TMDBL has an LTP of Rs. 197.
The company had proposed a 6% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 276th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 01 decided to distribute the entire 6% dividend in bonus shares. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 10,87,87,632.05. The company is currently in the acquisition process by Citizens Bank.
