Prithvi Highway obstructed due to landslide
CHITWAN:
Traffic along the Muglin-Naubise stretch of the Prithivi Highway has been obstructed as a result of landslides, triggered by heavy rainfall since the past few days.
Mudslide along with rocks that fell down at Simaldhara in Darechowk-4 of Chitwan has blocked traffic on the section of the highway, the District Police Office, Chitwan said.
A dozer from Muglin has been working to clear off the road.
As a result, traffic on the section of the highway remains completely closed since 5:30 on Friday morning.
