Prime Life Insurance's 12.5% bonus shares deposited in Demat Accounts

Prime Life Insurance Company Limited's 12.5% bonus shares have been listed in NEPSE and are deposited into investors' Demat accounts.
The 12th AGM of the company had endorsed the proposal of 12.5% bonus shares worth Rs 25.09 crore from the accumulated profit of the company till 2074/75. The cash dividend of Rs 1.23 crore was also distributed for tax purposes.
The shares have already been listed and are now tradable. The company has also requested investors to make a Demat account and dematerialize their shares if they haven't done so yet.
