Prime Life Insurance proposes 12.5% bonus for its shareholders; Capital after adjustment to reach Rs 2.25 arba

Prime Life Insurance Company (PLIC) has proposed 12.5% bonus shares worth Rs 25.09 crore and cash dividend worth Rs 1.32 crore for tax purposes to its shareholders from the accumulated profit till FY 2074/75 for the year 2074/75.
The 132nd Board meeting held on Falgun 23, 2076 had decided to propose the following dividend. It's current paid-up capital stands at Rs 2 arba, which after the adjustment of bonus will reach Rs 2.25 arba. The dividend history of PLIC is:
