Prime Life, CDSCL sign dematerialization pact

KATHMANDU, June 19:
Prime Life Insurance and Central Depository System and Clearing Limited (CDSCL) on Tuesday signed an agreement on dematerialization of stocks of the life insurance company.
The agreement was signed by Prime Life CEO Resta Jha and CDSCL CEO Subodh Sharma Sigdel, according to a statement issued on Tuesday.
