Prime holds 7th AGM

KATHMANDU, Jan 13 :
The seventh annual general meeting (AGM) of Prime Commercial Bank has endorsed the management´s proposal to provide 19 percent bonus shares and one percent cash dividend for the tax purpose to its shareholders.
The AGM held on Tuesday unanimously elected Rajendra Das Shrestha, Narendra Bajracharya, Umesh Shrestha and Shyam Bahadur Shrestha as board of directors (BoD).
Likewise, Uttam Narayan Shrestha and Uday Mohan Shrestha were unanimously selected board of directors from public shareholders.
