Prime Commercial Bank welcomes Mr. Rajendra Das Shrestha as new chairman

Prime Commercial Bank convened its 15th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Rajendra Das Shrestha on Poush 28, 2079.

The AGM has elected Mr. Rajendra Das Shrestha, Mr. Udaya Mohan Shrestha, and Mr. Narendra Bajracharya as the BoDs from the promoter group, and Mr. Prachandra Man Shrestha and Mr. Manoj Paudel into the board from a public group, as per the media statement.

The board meeting held on Poush 29, 2079 has unanimously elected Mr. Rajendra Das Shrestha as the chairman of the bank, as per the media statement.
