Prime Commercial Bank Urges Shareholders to Update DEMAT and Bank Accounts for Dividend Purposes

Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) has urged its shareholders to update their DEMAT and bank accounts for dividend purposes.

The company will convene its 15th AGM for the FY 2078/79 on 28th Poush, 2079. The bank has proposed a 4% cash dividend and a 4.95% bonus shares from the paid-up capital of Rs. 18.65 Arba. Thus, a cash dividend worth Rs. 74.62 crores and bonus shares worth Rs. 92.35 crores were proposed. The cash dividend includes the tax amount for the bonus shares.

Hence, shareholders who haven't yet dematerialized their bank account and the Demat account are requested to do so in order to receive the dividend.

Also, if eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company before the book closure date should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution in order to receive the dividend.
