Prime Commercial Bank to acquire Kailash Bikas Bank; Prime in agreement to acquire 3 BFIs

Prime Commercial Bank (PCBL), on an official press notice today, has published that it will be acquiring Kailash Bikas Bank (KBBL).

Chairman Rajendra Das Shrestha on behalf of PCBL and Chairman Narayan Prasad Poudel on behalf of KBBL have signed the agreement paper today amidst a program today.

Prior to this, PCBL has signed acquisition paper with Kankai Bikas Bank and Lalitpur Finance. After the acquisition of all three BFIs, PCBL's branch network will reach to 189.
