Prime Commercial Bank signs final acquisition agreement with Kailash Bikas Bank; new entity to have 199 branches
Prime Commercial Bank has signed final acquisition agreement with Kailash Bikas Bank on Poush 3, 2076. The agreement regarding the same was signed between chairman of Prime Bank Mr. Rajendra Das Shrestha and his counterpart at Kailash Bank Mr. Narayan Prasad Paudel.
Following the acquisition, Prime Bank will have 199 branches under its network, as per the media statement.
