Prime Commercial Bank sees change in top leadership after 11th AGM; Mr. Rajendra Das Shrestha joins as chairman replacing Mr. Udaya Mohan Shrestha
Prime Commercial Bank has unanimously elected Mr. Rajendra Das Shrestha as its new chairman from its board meeting held on Jestha 27, 2076.
Earlier, the bank’s 11th AGM on Jestha 26, 2076 had unanimously elected Mr. Udaya Mohan Shrestha, Mr. Narendra Bajracharya and Mr. Rajendra Das Shrestha as BoDs from the promoters group while Mr. Manoj Paudel and Mr. Prachanda Man Shrestha from the public shareholders’ group.
