Prime Commercial Bank has convened its 11th AGM on Jestha 26, 2076 endorsing the decision to provide 16% bonus shares to its shareholders.
The AGM has also unanimously elected Mr. Udaya Mohan Shrestha, Mr. Narendra Bajracharya and Mr. Rajendra Das Shrestha as BoDs from the promoters group while Mr. Manoj Paudel and Mr. Prachanda Man Shrestha from the public shareholders’ group.
