Prime Commercial Bank Announces 8.95% Dividend for FY 2078/79; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) has proposed an 8.95% dividend worth Rs. 1.67 Arba for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 29 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 18.65 Arba. 4.95% bonus shares worth Rs 92.35 Crore and 4% cash dividend (including bonus shares tax purposes) worth Rs 74.62 Crore have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
Also, through 455th board meeting held yesterday, the bank has appointed Dr. Tara Devi Chitrakar as the new independent board member.
Dr. Chitrakar has been associated with PublicYouth Campus as the teaching faculty and has received Nepal Bidhya Bhusan from the Nepal government, as per the media statement.
As of writing, PCBL has an LTP of Rs 224.50.
