Prime Bank offers dividend

KATHMANDU, DEC 20:
Prime Commercial Bank has offered 7.58 per cent cash dividend and four per cent bonus shares to investors. The fifth annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank, held on Tuesday, offered the benefits. The AGM also elected Uttam Narayan Shrestha, Narendra Bajracharya, Rajendra Das Shrestha, Shyam Bahadur Shrestha, Udaya Mohan Shrestha and Umesh Shrestha as the new board of directors. The bank has decided to further expand its services across the country.
