Price of Gold Down By Rs. 3000 in Two Days; Trading Today at Rs. 94,600

The price of gold has lost Rs. 1,400 per tola today.

According to the official website of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded today at Rs. 94,600 per tola. Yesterday, the rate was maintained at Rs. 96,000 per tola. Meanwhile, Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs. 94,100 today. In contrast, the rate was maintained yesterday at Rs. 95,500 per tola.

On the sideline, silver has gained Rs. 10 per tola. The lustrous white metal is being traded in the local market today at Rs. 1,185 per tola, compared to yesterday's closing rate of Rs. 1,175 per tola.

The current price of gold in USD is $1,746.40 per ounce while the silver is trading at $19.35 per ounce in international market.
