Price of Gold Declines Three Days in a Row; Trading today at Rs. 94,300
The price of gold has lost Rs. 200 today again. This is the third day in a row that the prices of gold and silver saw modest decline. The gold and silver prices had fallen by Rs. 200 and Rs. 10 yesterday respectively.
According to the official website of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded today at Rs. 94,300 per tola. Yesterday, the rate was maintained at Rs. 94,500 per tola. Meanwhile, Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs. 93,800 today. In contrast, the rate was maintained yesterday at Rs. 94,000 per tola.
Along with gold, silver also lost Rs. 5 per tola. The lustrous white metal is being traded in the local market today at Rs. 1,170 per tola, compared to yesterday's closing rate of Rs. 1,175 per tola.
