During the reception of the annual report pertaining to the implementation of the State's directive principles, policies, and obligations for the fiscal year 2079-80 BS (2022-230) from Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', the President expressed his anticipation for proactive governmental endeavors in this regard. Additionally, an annual report concerning the execution of the Good Governance (Operation and Management) Act was also submitted to the President on this occasion.
Part 4 of the Constitution prominently features the principles, policies, and obligations of the State as guiding principles for governance. These principles and policies serve as the bedrock for the meaningful exercise of citizens' rights. President Paudel articulated his optimism for the government's sustained commitment to advancing these objectives further.
