President Paudel Briefed on Upcoming Fiscal Budget by Finance Minister

President Ramchandra Paudel has been formally briefed about the national budget for the fiscal year 2025/26 by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel.

In line with constitutional provisions, the government is scheduled to present the annual budget in the Federal Parliament on May 29.

Finance Minister Paudel visited the President’s official residence, Shital Niwas, on Monday to inform the Head of State about the upcoming fiscal plan, according to the President’s Personal Secretariat.

Ahead of the budget presentation, Finance Minister Paudel is also set to present the Economic Survey in Parliament later today.
