Premier Insurance to issue 1:1.15 right shares from today

Premier Insurance Company Limited is issuing right shares from today (16th Chaitra). The bank’s special AGM held on Baishak 7, 2071 had decided to offer 1:1.15 right shares for its existing shareholders.
The company is planning to issue a total of 13,48,951 unit right shares to its existing shareholders.
The company hopes to raise its authorized capital to Rs 75 crore and paid-up to Rs 50 crore through the right issue. The right issues will last till 20th Baisakh, 2072. Laxmi Capital Market Limited is the issue manager for this right issue.
