Premier Insurance to formally endorse its merger with Neco today

Premier Insurance Company Nepal Limited is holding its Annual General Meeting today to formally endorse its merger with Neco Insurance Limited.
The 20th AGM of the insurer being held at United World Trade Center, Tripureshwor is ratifying a special proposal for the merger of the company into Neco Insurance at 1:1.315 ratio as per the DDA conducted for the purpose.
Following the merger the merged company will be named Premier Neco Insurance Limited.
