Premier Insurance to convene its 26th AGM on Ashad 19; Company to elect 2 public directors

Premier Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (PIC) will be convening 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 19, 2077. The AGM is going to be held at Premier Building, Naxal, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The main agendas of the AGM are:

*To elect 2 directors from public shareholders group.

*Other agendas of the AGM are to approve major financial highlights of the FY 2075/76 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2076/77.

The book closure date has been set on Ashad 4, 2077. Thus only those shareholders owning their share till Ashad 3 i.e. one trading day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM. The company has not announced any dividend from the profit of last FY. The paid up capital of the company remains Rs 107.45 crore.
