Premier Insurance proposes 14% Dividend

The BOD meeting of Premier Insurance (PIC) held on 2071-09-14 has proposed distribution of 14% Stock Dividend(Bonus Share) and Cash Dividend worth Rs. 18,58,279 for Tax Purpose after issueing of Right Share to their shareholders.
However the decision is subject to the approval from Beema Samiti and its upcoming AGM.
