Premier Insurance (PIC) Proposes 11.05% Cash Dividend for FY 2076/77

Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC) has proposed an 11.05% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. This was decided by the 290th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 27.
After the company started distributing yearly dividends to its shareholders, this is the first time the company is not distributing any bonus shares alongside the cash dividend.
While writing this article, the LTP of the company stands at Rs. 1,090. In the fiscal year 2075/76, however, the company had distributed an 84% bonus shares.
