Premier Insurance convenes its 27th AGM; endorses proposal of 11.05% dividend with election of new BoDs

Premier Insurance has convened its 27th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Suresh Lal Shrestha on Chaitra 24, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed an 11.05% cash dividend from the profit of the previous fiscal year and also elected Ms. Jasmine Bajracharya as independent BoD of the company and Mr. Mahendra Bahadur Shrestha as BoD from the promoters group, as per the media statement.
