Premier Insurance Company Declares 15% Dividend Worth Rs 18.4 Crores for FY 2078/79

Premier Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (PIC) has proposed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The company's 314th meeting of the board held on 29th Kartik 2079, has proposed 15% dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.22 Arba. 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 6.13 crores and 10% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 12.27 crores have been proposed.

This decision is subject to approval from the Beema Samiti after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the company.
