Premier Insurance 21st AGM today; endorsing 14% stock dividend

Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC) is going to hold its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Ashad31, 2072). The AGM will be held at Russian Culture centre, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 11:00 am.
The main agenda of the AGM is to endorse 14% (353,073 unit) bonus share to shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The others agendas at the meeting will be the financial highlights of 2070/71 and appointment of auditor.
Premier Insurance had posted net profit of Rs.60.72 million in its 3rd quarter company analysis of the fiscal year 2071/72.
