Prabhu Life Insurance takes services to Surkhet, Tikapur and Attaria; IPO shares still far cry?

Prabhu Life Insurance Company has formally begun its operation at Surkhet with new branch, Tikapur and Attariya with two new sub-branches from Poush 8, 2076. The latest facilities were inaugurated by chairman of insurance company Mr. Atma Ram Ghimire amidst separate programs. the inaugural program was also attended by CEO of insurance company Mr. Narayan Prasad Paudel, among others.

The life insurance company has paid up capital of Rs 2 arba out of which Rs 1.40 arba belongs to the promoter shareholders while the remaining Rs 60 crore will be issued to general public in near future as IPO shares.
