Prabhu Life Insurance (PLI) Calls SGM on Ashad 23; What are the Agendas?

Prabhu Life Insurance Limited (PLI) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 23rd Ashad, 2079. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.

These are the agendas of the SGM:

1) To increase its authorized and issued capital as prescribed by the regulatory board.
2) Regarding making necessary amendments in the Memorandum of Association including capital increment and other provisions.
3) To discuss about merger/acquisition with any suitable life insurance company in order to raise its capital.
4) Misc.

Ashad 16 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained till that day are entitled to attend this SGM.
