Prabhu Life Insurance Limited Calls AGM With These Agendas

Prabhu Life Insurance Limited has called its 4th AGM on 6th Chaitra, 2078. The meeting will be held in Hotel Radisson, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor and approval of their compensation.
4) Increment of board member benefits.
5) Election of 2 board members from public shareholders.
6) Misc.

Falgun 23 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
