Prabhu Life Insurance convenes its 4th AGM; elects new BoDs from promoter and public shareholders

Prabhu Life Insurance has convened its 4^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Dr. Aatma Ram Ghimire on Chaitra 6, 2078.

The AGM has endorsed the appointment of Dr. Bimala Dahal Regmi and Mr. Anil Prasad Shrestha as the directors of the company from the promoter group and as independent BoD respectively. Likewise, the AGM has also elected Mr. Sankar Gautam and Mr. Dipak Pandey as the directors from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.

The AGM has also endorsed the financial reports for the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.
