PrabhuLife Insurance, through its board meet held on Chaitra 16, 2078, has appointed Mr. Subhash Amatya as the new chairman.

Chairman Mr. Amatya has received his oath of designation and privacy from chairman of Beema Samiti Mr. Surya Prasad Silwal amid a program. The then chairman of the company Dr. Aatma Ram Ghimire submitted his resignation from his position due to the personal reason, as per the media statement.
