Prabhu Insurance Company (PRIN) has proposed 16.32% dividend for its shareholders from the accumulated profit till 2075/76.
The 378th Board Meeting held on Mangsir 26, 2076 has decided to propose the following dividend:
Bonus shares: 5%
Cash dividend: 11.32% including tax amount
Total dividend: 16.32%
The proposal is subject to approval from Beema Samiti and the 24th AGM of the company.
