Prabhu Insurance convenes 24th AGM; endorses decision to provide 5% bonus shares and 11.32% cash dividend for the previous fiscal year

Prabhu Insurance has convened its 24^th AGM on Magh 24, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Ms. Kusum Lama. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide dividend that includes 5% bonus shares and 11.32% cash dividend for its shareholders from the net profit it had made during the previous fiscal year.

The insurance company after the bonus share will have Rs 1.05 arba in paid up capital, has its more than 56 branches and sub-branches in Nepal, as per the media statement.
