Prabhu Capital Limited Call 17th AGM On Ashwin 10

Prabhu Capital Limited (PRABHU) has called its 17th AGM on 10th Ashwin, 2082. The meeting will be held in the Royal Singi Hotel, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 PM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 12.6316% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The meeting of the board of directors has proposed a 4% bonus share and an 8.6316% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to approve and endorse the auditor’s report along with the profit and loss statements, financial statements, and cash flow statements for FY 2081/82, and to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83. The agenda also includes approving the appointment of a director and an independent director.
