Prabhu Bank to hold its 18th AGM today; 16% bonus shares and change of promoter and public holdings agendas to be endorsed

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) is convening its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Mangsir 6, 2076). The AGM will be held at 2:00 PM at Company's Head Office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 16 percent bonus share worth Rs 1.42 arba and 0.8421% percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) for the FY 2075/76.
• To discuss and approve the consolidated financial statements including its subsidiary Prabhu Capital Limited.
• To change the existing promoters and public holdings from 55:45 to 51:49.
• To authorize BOD to initiate acquisition/merger with other financial institutions.
• Other Agendas of the AGM include the approval of financial statements of 2075/76 and appointment of statutory auditor for FY 2076/77.   

The register of their shareholders is already closed on Kartik 25, 2076 to Mangsir 2, 2076 for the purpose of its AGM. Only those shareholders owning shares till Kartik 24 is entitled to the dividend and participate on AGM.

The existing paid up capital of Prabhu Bank Limited is Rs 8.89 arba and after the adjustment of bonus shares, bank's paid up will reaches to Rs 10.31 arba.

Last FY 2074/75 Prabhu Bank has distributed 8% bonus share to its shareholders.
