Prabhu Bank SGM on Shrawan 7; swap ratio of Prabhu: Grand at 121.45:65.58 respectively

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) is going to conduct Special General Meeting (SGM) on Shrawan 7,2072. The major agenda for the special general meeting is to undergo acquisition with Grand bank Limited.

The special general meeting is scheduled to be held at head office of Prabhu Bank, Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 8:30 am.

The meeting set to endorse the swap ratio of Prabhu and Grand bank which stands at 121.45:65.58 respectively.  After the acquisition the paid up capital of Prabhu Bank will reach to Rs 5.92 arba from 5.85 arba at present.

Other main agendas include change in Promoter-Public share structure from 64.58: 35.42 at present to 59.13:40.87 respectively.
