Prabhu Bank converting 5,611,271 units promoter shares in public; promoter:public ratio will be now 55:45

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) has decided to convert its promoter- public shareholders ratio. The company is converting the promoter to public share ratio in to 55:45. The current promoter-public structure of the bank is 61.31: 38.69. This means that 6.31 percent of promoter shares will be converted into the ordinary shares. With this promoter to public proportion of Prabhu Bank will be 55: 45.
The conversion decision is already approved by the 17th AGM held on Falgun 19, 2075. Only those promoter shareholders who are not in the list of Credit Information Bureau (CIB) are eligible for this conversions.
Prabhu Bank Limited announced 8% bonus shares to its shareholders on last FY 2074/74 and total existing paid up capital of Prabhu Bank is Rs 8.89 arba.
