PM Prachanda Announces Government's Victory in Reclaiming Lalita Niwas Land

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, also known as 'Prachanda,' asserted that the government successfully regained ownership of public land valued at Rs 800 billion. During a meeting with a delegation led by the Rastriya Prajatantra Party, PM Dahal highlighted the recent court decision regarding the Lalita Niwas land controversy. He credited the government's efforts for reclaiming control over the Lalit Niwas area.
The delegation, headed by party Chair Rajendra Lingden, acknowledged the government's positive initiatives while urging further improvements. PM Dahal emphasized the need for all political parties to express gratitude for the government's actions, including investigations into the fake Bhutanese refugee scam, the Lalitawa Niwas land grab, and the gold smuggling case.
PM Dahal attributed the favorable court verdict to the government's serious actions against the fake Bhutanese refugee scam, Lalita Niwas land embezzlement, and gold smuggling. He explained that the government arrested the individuals involved, conducted thorough investigations, and presented the cases in court, leading to a favorable outcome. Lalita Niwas's land, valued at Rs 800 billion, has been successfully returned to government ownership, according to PM Dahal.
Regarding the Rastriya Prajatantra Party's decision to take to the streets with its agenda, the PM declined to comment and wished for a peaceful struggle. He mentioned ongoing efforts to conclude the peace process. The RPP presented a memorandum to the PM during the meeting, outlining the party's viewpoint.
