Petro Dealers' Association finds 'flaws' in automated fuel price-fixation

KATHMANDU, Oct 17:
Nepal Petroleum Dealers National Association has accused the government of creating chaos in the market in the pretext of enforcing an automated fuel-pricing mechanism.
Issuing a statement on Thursday, the association urged the government to become serious about the problem.
“The association concludes that there was a flaw while fixing the price; Nepal Oil Corporation has not provided the retail prices and even the prices fixed through the automatic pricing mechanism has not taken the practical aspect into consideration,” the association said.
