Peoples Hydropower Company IPO Collects Rs. 1.09 Arba Till Third Day; Oversubscribed 2.12 times from 919,104 Applicants

CDS & Clearing Limited (CDSC) has reported the data of public IPO collection of Peoples Hydropower Company Limited (PHDCL) as of 4 pm today i.e Kartik 28.

Peoples Hydropower Company has been issuing its 56,06,390 unit IPO shares to the general public from 25th Kartik and will conclude on 29th Kartik, 2079. If it is not fully subscribed the issue will be extended up till Mangsir 09, 2079. Out of the total 56,06,390 units; 3% of the total offered shares i.e. 168,190 units have been set aside for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares i.e. 280,320 units have been set aside for the mutual funds. The remaining 51,57,880 units are for the general public.

Sanima Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 1,00,000 units.

According to CDSC, 919,104 applicants have applied for a total of 1,09,63,010 units. Thus, the issue is oversubscribed by 2.12 times so far.
