Pawan Kumar Acharya Assumes Role as CEO of Sanima Bank

Pawan Kumar Acharya has officially assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sanima Bank Limited on 2082 Magh 12, following the bank’s board decision on 2082 Kartik 24. Before this appointment, Acharya served as the Senior Deputy CEO of the bank.

Acharya has contributed to Sanima Bank for over 21 years, leading more than ten departments and branches during his tenure. He holds a postgraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, USA, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from MNIT Jaipur, India. Additionally, he excelled academically during his school years, securing third position in the S.L.C. board exams from Adarsha Vidya Mandir High School.

His core expertise lies in credit assessment, digitalization, and project finance, and he has also served as the chairman of Sanima Capital, the bank’s subsidiary. Beyond banking, Acharya has over four years of professional engineering experience and five years as a visiting faculty. Sanima Bank has expressed confidence that under his leadership, the institution will achieve greater success and prestige.
