Paschimanchal Development Bank earns Rs 56.1 million

Pashchimanchal Development Bank (PDB) has earned Rs 56.1 million in profit during the first nine months of the current fiscal year. A report presented at the 10th general meeting of the bank states that the bank mobilized Rs 2.69 billion as deposits and disbursed Rs 2.37 billion in loans during the period. The meeting concluded in Butwal on Saturday also elected Kamal Nath Gyawali and Uttam Aryal as board members from the shareholders. It also endorsed the annual report presented by the bank"s chairman Santosh Lal Shrestha. The Butwal-based bank has been providing banking service through 13 branch offices across the country.
