Panchakanya Mai Hydro Power has convened its 4th, 5th, and 6th AGM for the three fiscal years under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Prem Bahadur Shrestha on Poush 28, 2078.
Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has elected four directors from the promoter shareholder group who include Mr. Prem Bahadur Shrestha, Ms. Nitisha Shrestha, Mr. Dhrub Kumar Shrestha, and Mr. Udeep Shrestha, as per the media statement.
